Site Manager – Birmingham – Immediate Start Pro Staff Construction are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of occupied apartment blocks in Birmingham. The Role * Managing all subcontractors on site * Monitoring stock and material levels * Managing programmes and project deadlines * Carrying out quality inspections and ensuring high standards are maintained * Maintaining health & safety standards on site * Liaising with the project team and reporting on progress Requirements * Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS & First Aid * Previous experience managing refurbishment projects * Strong organisational and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme targets What's On Offer? * Immediate start * 40 hours per week * Long-term project – 18 months' work * Parking available on site * £(Apply online only) per day. 8 hours a day To apply, please submit your CV today or contact Pro Staff Construction for more information
