On behalf of our client based in Halifax, we are seeking a reliable and hardworking Wood Assembly Operative to join our team.
Hours of work will be between 8am-5pm Monday - Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble wooden products using hand tools and basic power tools.
* Read and follow assembly instructions and drawings.
* Measure, cut, and fit wooden components accurately.
* Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
* Experience working with wood, carpentry, or assembly work preferred.
* Ability to use hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, chisels, and measuring equipment.
* Good attention to detail and quality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
