Connect Appointments is recruiting Production and Hygiene Operatives to join an established food production business based in Inverkeithing on a temporary basis, with permanent employment offered after 12 weeks. Our client operates a busy food production facility, offering a choice of early or back shift across a Monday to Friday working week with full training and immediate starts available. What's on offer? Temporary position moving to permanent after 12 weeks Your choice of early or back shift: Early shift: Monday to Friday, 5:30am to 1:30pm Back shift: Monday to Friday, 1:30pm to 9:30pm £13.45 per hour - paid weekly Full training providedPlease note: This role involves working in cold temperatures, heavy lifting and occasional production duties alongside hygiene work. As a Production and Hygiene Operative, your duties will include: Cleaning factory floors, walls, work surfaces and production machinery to set hygiene standards Safely operating cleaning tools, equipment and chemicals Moving machinery and equipment to facilitate thorough cleaning Maintaining hygiene standards in line with company procedures and food safety requirementsTo be considered as a Production and Hygiene Operative, you will need: Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment The ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Good physical fitness due to the manual handling requirements of the role A reliable, team-focused approach to workInterested in this Production and Hygiene Operative role?
