Supervisor - NRSWA (Thames Water Main Renewal)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Supervisor to join a key Thames Water main renewal project based in Tottenham.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and hands-on Supervisor with a strong background in utilities and street works to join a growing team delivering essential infrastructure works.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising day-to-day site operations on water main renewal projects
Managing and coordinating direct labour and subcontract teams
Ensuring all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to programme
Maintaining high standards of health & safety and compliance
Liaising with clients, site teams, and stakeholders
Completing site documentation and reporting as required
Requirements:
NRSWA Supervisor accreditation (essential)
SSSTS or SMSTS (essential)
Proven experience working on Thames Water projects, specifically main renewal
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Good understanding of health & safety regulations within utilities
Ability to manage multiple teams and activities on site
