Site Manager - School Refurbishment Project (Wombourne)
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a live school refurbishment project in Wombourne.
Project Scope:
Flat roof replacement works
Structural repairs
Security fencing installation
Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works
Fire alarm installation/upgrades
Car park line marking
General external & internal refurbishment works within a live school environment
Requirements (Essential):
Enhanced DBS (mandatory)
SMSTS
First Aid at Work
CSCS Card
Proven experience working on live school / education projects
Strong understanding of health & safety in occupied environments
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and workstreams
Role Responsibilities:
Day-to-day site management on a live school site
Coordinating trades and sequencing works safely around occupants
Ensuring strict compliance with H&S and safeguarding requirements
Maintaining programme and quality standards
Liaising with the client, school staff, and subcontractors
