Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant ready to take on more responsibility in the classroom?
The Supply Register is partnering with the L.E.A.D Academy Trust to recruit a Level 3 TA for Birley Spa Primary Academy, supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2 in both learning and progress.
Opportunities are available immediately and from September 2026, with flexible supply and longer-term placements.
Your role will include:
• Supporting whole-class learning and interventions
• Leading small group and 1:1 sessions
• Assisting with planning and classroom delivery
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
• Helping maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement
We’re looking for:
• Level 3 TA qualification or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of primary curriculum support
• Confidence working independently with groups
• Excellent behaviour management skills
• A proactive and committed approach
