Join Nurseplus as a Support Worker Are you an experienced Residential Support Worker looking for flexible opportunities in Eastbourne? We're interested in hearing from dedicated and resilient professionals who have experience supporting children and young people with complex needs within residential settings. Successful candidates may have experience working with: Mental health or CAMHS settings Self-harm and suicide risk Ligature risk management Autism spectrum conditions, including high-functioning ASD Learning disorders Emotional crisis management Anxiety disorders Intervention and restraint Previous experience with Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is essential. We're keen to connect with individuals who hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent), or are Level 2 working towards the qualification, or have significant experience supporting children and young people with highly complex needs. Opportunities may be available across a variety of shift patterns, including full-time, part-time, days, nights and weekends, depending on service requirements.
