Warehouse Operative
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Assistant to join a busy warehouse team on a temporary basis
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday | 04:00 – 12:00 (AM shift)
Contract: Temporary
Location: Chatham
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with experience in warehouse work, order picking, packing, goods in/goods out, loading and unloading, distribution, logistics, or stores operative roles. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help ensure the efficient movement and handling of stock throughout the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
Loading and unloading deliveries
Moving stock safely around the warehouse
Carrying out goods in and goods out duties
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative, Picker Packer, Production Operative, Stores Operative, or within a Logistics or Distribution environment is desirable
Comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling duties (equipment is provided to assist)
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good team-working skills and a positive attitude
