Site Manager
Site Manager required for 6 high spec apartments in the Falmouth area of Cornwall.
This project is a conversion project, turning the existing building in to 6 apartments.
Applicants will need to have previously managed conversion projects and be able to take the project from early stages through to completion on time and to the correct specification.
This contract will last at least 6 months, however there may be a follow on project in the Penzance area.
The successful candidate will have the relevant conversion experience and previously delivered high spec residential projects.
Up to date certification is required.
