Job Description

Learning Support Assistant Prospero Teaching is recruiting a proactive and supportive Learning Support Assistant to work with pupils in the Basingstoke area. This role involves supporting teaching and learning within the classroom, helping pupils remain engaged, confident, and motivated throughout the school day. You will work closely with teachers and support staff, providing additional assistance to pupils who may benefit from extra guidance. Support may be delivered on a 1:1 basis or within small groups, depending on the needs of the school and pupils. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and is looking to gain valuable experience in an educational setting.
