Line Operator
Location: Middlewich
Salary: £17.54 per hour (increasing once fully trained)
Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Shift Pattern: Continental shifts - 4 on, 4 off (06:00-18:00 / 18:00-06:00)
We are recruiting for a Line Operator to join a leading manufacturing company based in Middlewich.

The Role
As a Line Operator, you will be responsible for:
Operating and monitoring production machinery
Ensuring products meet quality standards
Carrying out routine checks and reporting any issues
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following company procedures and health & safety regulations
Working as part of a team to achieve production targets
What We're Looking For
Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment is desirable
A reliable, motivated, and flexible approach to work
Ability to work 12-hour day and night shifts on a 4 on, 4 off continental shift pattern
Good attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
