7:30am – 5:30pm
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a dedicated team working across various locations in Flintshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining public spaces to a high standard.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have previous experience working in an outdoor or grounds maintenance role
Hold relevant licences or certifications, such as:
Ride-on mower
Chainsaw
Weed spraying
(These are not essential but would be advantageous)
Hold a full UK driving licence
Be reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining a variety of public spaces, including parks, gardens, and hedgerows
Carrying out grass cutting, hedge trimming, weed spraying, and tree maintenance duties
Driving company vehicles to locations throughout Flintshire
Working as part of a small, supportive team
Following all health and safety procedures and regulations
