Ambitek is currently recruiting for experienced Pipefitters to join our client's team on a long-term contract. This role offers a combination of workshop-based fabrication in Widnes and local site installation work, providing variety and consistent work.
The Role
* Pipefitting within the workshop in Widnes
* Installation and fitting work on local industrial sites
* Working from engineering drawings and isometric drawings
* Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
Requirements
✔️ Time-served Pipefitter
✔️ NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Pipefitting or Mechanical Engineering
✔️ Valid CSCS, CCNSG, or EMSS Safety Passport
✔️ Previous industrial pipefitting experience
✔️ Ability to work both in the workshop and on local sites
Pay Rates (LTD / CIS / Umbrella)
💰 Basic: £24.05 per hour
(First 8 hours, Monday–Friday)
💰 Overtime 1: £28.70 per hour
(After 8 hours Monday–Friday and the first 6 hours on Saturday)
💰 Overtime 2: £33.35 per hour
(After 6 hours on Saturday and all hours worked on Sunday)
