Cleaner
Location: EX10 9TE
Pay Rate: £13.69 per hour PAYE
Hours: Saturday to Wednesday, 7:30am - 3:30pm
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to help maintain high standards of cleanliness across public buildings and facilities.
This is a hands on role where you'll be responsible for ensuring communal areas, washrooms and other facilities are kept clean, safe and presentable for residents, staff and visitors.
Responsibilities
Cleaning offices, communal areas and public facilities
Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors
Cleaning and sanitising washrooms and replenishing supplies
Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
Dusting and wiping surfaces
Reporting maintenance issues, damages or health and safety concerns
Using cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
Working as part of a team to maintain high cleanliness standards
Requirements
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Good attention to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good timekeeping and attendance record
Able to carry out physical duties, including standing and lifting where required
Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience would be beneficial but is not essential
Understanding of health and safety procedures is advantageous
