Outreach Tutor Are you a passionate Outreach Tutor looking for a rewarding role where you can truly transform a child's education? Academics is recruiting dedicated Outreach Tutors to provide 1:1 support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) who are currently not accessing a school setting. As an Outreach Tutor, you'll deliver personalised learning in the child's home or within the local community, helping them rebuild confidence, develop key skills and re-engage with education. This is the perfect opportunity for experienced teachers, tutors, HLTAs or SEN professionals looking for flexible, meaningful work. The Role: Deliver tailored 1:1 tuition to children with SEN Support pupils who are currently out of school, awaiting placement or accessing alternative education Adapt learning to meet each child's individual needs and EHCP outcomes Build confidence, independence and a positive attitude towards learning Flexible hours to fit around your availability Long-term opportunities available We're Looking For Outreach Tutors Who: Have experience working with children with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, anxiety or other additional needs Can create engaging, personalised lessons that inspire confidence Are patient, resilient and passionate about helping every child succeed Can build strong relationships with pupils and families Hold QTS, tutoring experience, HLTA status or relevant education experience (desirable) Why Join Academics?
