The Role
We are currently recruiting for Metal Dressers to join a busy manufacturing site in Billingham. This role offers an immediate start and ongoing work for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dressing and finishing metal components to required standards
* Grinding, fettling, and smoothing castings
* Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
* Inspecting work to ensure quality standards are met
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
* Previous experience in metal dressing, fettling, or similar role
* Experience working in a heavy engineering or foundry environment (desirable)
* Ability to work rotating days and nights
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable and able to start immediately
