Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Working Foreman to begin work for a well-established company in the Welwyn Garden City area.
About the role:
Working Hours – Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm (Flexibility required)
Pay Rate – £250 per day
Brief Role Description – Working as a hands-on Working Foreman on a new build housing development. You will be responsible for supervising trades and labour on site while also carrying out housebuilding tasks and operating a telehandler when required.

About You:
* High work ethic & team player
* Punctual & reliable
* You must be a time served/qualified Working Foreman
* Previous new build housing experience essential
* Valid CSCS card required
* SMSTS certificate essential
* First Aid certificate essential
* Telehandler licence required
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Able to lead by example while remaining hands-on

Main Duties:
* Supervising trades and labour on a new build housing development
* Carrying out hands-on housebuilding tasks as required
* Operating a telehandler safely and efficiently
* Coordinating daily site activities to ensure work is completed on programme
* Monitoring health & safety and maintaining site standards
* Liaising with site management and subcontractors
* Ensuring work is completed to a high standard
