You will: Lead lessons using pre-prepared teaching materials Maintain a positive, focused, and engaging classroom environment Support students in completing tasks and achieving learning objectives Manage behaviour confidently and professionally Ensure continuity of learning across a range of subjects Build positive relationships with students and staff Subjects You Could Cover No two days are the same. You may work across: English Mathematics Science Humanities Modern Foreign Languages Design & Technology ICT / Computer Science Physical Education Art & Performing Arts What We're Looking For We'd love to hear from candidates who are: Confident, adaptable, and resilient Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills Passionate about supporting young people Comfortable leading groups and managing a classroom environment Keen to gain experience in secondary education Experience & Qualifications We welcome applicants with: Experience working with young people in schools, coaching, tutoring, youth work, or similar settings A degree or strong academic background (preferred but not essential) Safeguarding training (desirable, but training can be provided) What You'll Need Right to Work in the UK Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Two recent professional references Ready to Start Your Education Career?
