Site Manager – Housing Development

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established residential developer on a housing project in Cardiff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the completion of plots through the final fixtures and fittings stage
* Coordinating subcontractors and trades on site
* Driving quality standards and snagging activities
* Ensuring health and safety compliance at all times
* Liaising with customers, contractors and the wider project team
* Supporting smooth plot handovers and achieving programme targets
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing residential housing developments
* Strong finishing and snagging experience
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to start immediately
