As a Stock Condition Surveyor you will be:
Conduct stock condition surveys on tenanted and non-tenanted properties
Schedule and coordinate day-to-day repair work.
Identify the root cause of maintenance issues and oversee trades on site while they carry out repairs.I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking stock condition surveys to residential properties
Ability to work at pace and adapt to change
Experience within social housingThe interim role is offering:
Long term contract
Weekly pay Via Umbrella
