Warehouse Operative (Part-Time)
Location: Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton
Pay: £12.71 - £14.50 per hour
Shifts Available:
2:00pm-6:00pm
6:00pm-10:00pm
6:00pm - 12:00am
Interaction Recruitment is recruiting reliable, hardworking, and experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our valued client, J&J Global Fulfilment Centre, based on Brackmills Industrial Estate in Northampton.
The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be working in a modern fulfilment centre carrying out a variety of warehouse duties, including:
Picking and packing customer orders
Goods In
Dispatch
Large-item packing
General warehouse duties
Using warehouse computer systems
This is a physically demanding role, as you will be required to lift and move boxes of various sizes. Applicants should be physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
You will be handling a wide range of products, including:
Wine
Cosmetics
Vapes
Books
Vitamins
And many more
Applicants must be comfortable working with all product types on site.
What We're Looking For
Previous warehouse experience
Good computer skills
Strong attention to detail
Positive, "can-do" attitude
Good communication skills
Ability to work accurately in a busy fulfilment environmen
Performance-driven candidates who take pride in achieving targets and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team
