We're recruiting for a Trainee Slaughter &/or Boning Operative to join a well-established, high-end organic multi-species meat producer. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn specialist skills from experienced professionals within a business renowned for its quality and welfare standards.
What you'll be doing:
* Learning slaughter and boning techniques across multiple livestock species
* Preparing meat products to the highest quality standards
* Working in line with food hygiene, health & safety and animal welfare regulations
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
* Developing specialist butchery skills through full training
What we're looking for:
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable with a strong work ethic
* Comfortable working in a food production environment
* Previous experience is not required – full training will be provided
