We are currently looking for a Joiner Multi Trade Operative in the Edinburgh area to work on a self-employed, long-term contract for a well-established housing association.

I'd be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in property maintenance and refurbishment, whether you've previously worked as a Joiner, Carpenter, Multi Skilled Operative, Kitchen Fitter, or in a similar role.
As a Joiner Multi Trade Operative, you will be:
Hanging doors
Completing basic kitchen fitting works
Installing skirting boards and architraves
Carrying out minor plumbing repairs and maintenance
Completing plastering and tiling patch repairs
Undertaking general joinery and multi-trade maintenance works
Delivering high-quality repairs and refurbishment work within social housing propertiesWe’d love to speak to anyone who has:
A qualification in a relevant trade
Proven experience in joinery and multi-trade maintenance
Experience working within social housing properties
A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
A full UK driving licence This Joiner Multi Trade Operative role is offering:
Weekly pay (CIS or PAYE available)
Up to £23 per hour
Company van and fuel card provided
Local work
Contract role with view to potential permanent work
ASAP start
