Housing Assistant
Location: Shropshire
Salary: £20-22 per hour
Temporary (3 months)
Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Do you thrive on helping others maintain secure, safe homes? If so, we’re looking for a proactive and compassionate Housing Assistant to join a dedicated team providing exceptional housing services to the local community.
Key Responsibilities
· Communal area inspections
· Handling property condition queries
· Property viewings
· Tenancy audits
· Handling enquires and visiting residents regarding neighbourhood disputes, untidy gardens, etc
What We’re Looking For
· Experience in social housing
· A positive, “can-do” attitude with a passion for service delivery.
· Strong communication and IT skills (Word, Excel) and ideally QL
· A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
· A clear enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
