Working Foreman
Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Working Foreman to begin work for a well-established company in the Birmingham area.
About the role:
Working Hours – Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Some out-of-hours work required due to the live environment)
Pay Rate – £300 per day
Brief Role Description – Working as a hands-on Working Foreman overseeing a shop refurbishment within the Bullring Shopping Centre. You will supervise trades on site while also carrying out carpentry works, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

About You:
* High work ethic & team player
* Punctual & reliable
* You must be a time served/qualified Working Foreman
* Previous shop fit-out or refurbishment experience preferred
* Carpentry experience essential
* Valid CSCS card required
* SMSTS certificate essential
* First Aid certificate essential
* Comfortable working within live retail environments
* Willing to work occasional out-of-hours shifts when required

Main Duties:
* Supervising trades and subcontractors on site
* Carrying out hands-on carpentry works
* Overseeing the day-to-day running of the refurbishment project
* Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to programme
* Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site housekeeping
* Liaising with site management and coordinating daily activities
* Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety procedures
* Working flexibly to accommodate out-of-hours works within the live retail environment
