Class 1 HGV Driver – Washington – Immediate Starts Available
We are currently recruiting Class 1 (Category CE) HGV Drivers on behalf of our client based in Washington.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced drivers looking for temporary ongoing work with regular weekday shifts and competitive rates of pay.
The Role
Monday to Friday
02:00 start times
Refrigerated (fridge) trailer work
Delivering to Regional Distribution Centres (RDCs)
Temporary ongoing assignment
Pay Rates (PAYE)
£15.10 per hour for the first 8 hours worked per shift
£18.91 per hour after 8 hours worked per shift
Weekly PAYE pay

Requirements
Valid Class 1 (Category CE) driving licence, held for a minimum of 1 year
At least 6 months' recent Class 1 driving experience
Valid Driver CPC qualification
Digital tachograph card
Good understanding of drivers' hours and the Working Time Directive
A professional, reliable and safety-conscious approach to work
