Driver / Production Operative
South Woodham Ferrers, Essex
£12.71 per hour | Temp to Perm | Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm
We are recruiting for a Driver / Production Operative on behalf of a growing company based in South Woodham Ferrers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that is looking for someone reliable, hard-working and keen to develop into a long-term role.
This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same. You'll split your time between making local deliveries and supporting the production team, with full training provided from day one.
Driver / Production Operative Duties will include:
Carrying out local deliveries
Loading and unloading vehicles
Assisting with production and factory duties
Heavy lifting as part of the role
Keeping the work area clean and organised
Following health and safety proceduresThe ideal candidate will have:
A full UK driving licence
A reliable and positive attitude
Good levels of physical fitness due to the manual nature of the role
The willingness to learn and develop within the business
Previous production or delivery experience is beneficial but not essential
Local to S. Woodham FerrersWhat's on offer:
£12.71 per hour while temporary
Pay increase once taken on permanently
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Full training provided
