Class 2 Driver – Waste & Recycling
Location: Basingstoke
Pay: £17.50 per hour + Overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday 0600 start
We're looking for a reliable and motivated Class 2 (Category C) Driver to join our growing waste and recycling team. This is a t-p position, Monday to Friday role offering excellent pay, regular hours, and overtime opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
Safely operating a Class 2 vehicle to collect and transport waste and recycling materials.
Carrying out daily vehicle checks and ensuring the vehicle is kept clean and roadworthy.
Providing excellent customer service while working on scheduled collection routes.
Completing all relevant paperwork and complying with transport and health & safety regulations.
Working closely with the operations team to ensure collections are completed efficiently.
What We're Looking For
Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Previous waste or recycling experience is an advantage but not essential.
