Red Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established company based in Dudley.
This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and working as part of a busy warehouse team. You will be responsible for moving stock between storage locations, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the warehouse remains organised and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
* Picking, moving and organising stock within the warehouse
* Transporting materials between local storage facilities
* Cleaning, inspecting and preparing stock for storage or dispatch
* Loading and unloading deliveries
* Carrying out stock checks and assisting with inventory control
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse
* Supporting general warehouse duties as required
* Following all Health & Safety procedures
Requirements:
* Previous warehouse or stores experience is preferred
* Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
* Reliable with a strong work ethic
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Forklift experience would be advantageous but is not essential
