We are currently recruiting Refuse Loaders / Waste Operatives to join a busy and hardworking team
Pay £12.71 p/h
Monday - Friday 06:00am - 16:00pm
Overtime and Saturdays may be required depending on business needs.
As a Refuse Loader, you will work as part of a crew collecting domestic waste, including:
General household waste
Recycling
Garden wasteThis is a physically demanding role that involves:
Loading and unloading wheelie bins and waste containers
Manual handling throughout the day
Working outdoors in all weather conditions
Following planned collection routes and working to strict schedules
Maintaining high standards of health and safety
What We're Looking For
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Able to undertake manual, physically demanding work
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Good team player with a positive attitude
Previous experience is beneficial but not essentialA full UK driving licence and access to your own transport is essential, as travel to the depot is required.
