Key Responsibilities:
* MIG weld heavy-gauge mild steel and Hardox wear plate components.
* Fabricate, fit, and assemble industrial mixers and structural steel sections.
* Read, interpret, and work accurately from complex fabrication blueprints.
* Carry out precise grinding, drilling, cutting, and finishing of components.
* Maintain a clean work area and follow all workshop health & safety rules.
Experience & Requirements:
* Proven background as a MIG Welder Fabricator in heavy engineering or structural steel.
* Strong ability to read and work from technical engineering drawings independently.
* Practical experience working with heavy-gauge materials or wear plates.
* Skilled in using standard metal cutting, grinding, and forming machinery.
* Legal right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship provided)
