Machine Operator – Banbury
Location: Banbury
Shift Pattern: Rotating Double Day Shift
Week 1: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Week 2: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Pay Rate: £13.59 per hour
Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing team in Banbury. Key Responsibilities
Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
Setting up machines and making basic adjustments where required.
Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Loading materials and removing finished products from the production line.
Reporting any machine faults or production issues promptly.
Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
Following all health and safety procedures at all times.
What We are Looking For
Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or production environment.
Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Flexibility to work a rotating double day shift.

Pay rate of £13.59 per hour.
Weekly rotating shift pattern (6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm).
