We're recruiting Refuse Loaders to join a busy local authority waste collection team based in Wellingborough, Northants.
The Role
Working as part of a refuse collection crew
Loading household and commercial waste onto collection vehicles
Assisting the driver and crew to complete daily collection rounds
Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
Outdoor work in all weather conditions
What We're Looking For
Reliable and punctual
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Able to work as part of a team
Previous refuse or outdoor labouring experience is beneficial but not essential
