SEN Sports Coaches & Behaviour Mentors Worcester & Bromsgrove Full-Time | Part-Time | Long-Term | September Starts Are you a Sports Coach or Behaviour Mentor looking for a rewarding role in education? Smile Education is recruiting enthusiastic, resilient and passionate Sports Coaches and Behaviour Mentors to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across Worcester and Bromsgrove. If you have experience working with children or young people and are passionate about making a positive impact, we'd love to hear from you. As a Sports Coach or Behaviour Mentor, you'll play a vital role in helping pupils build confidence, improve engagement, develop positive relationships and overcome barriers to learning. Whether you're supporting pupils in the classroom, delivering intervention sessions or using sport to encourage participation and wellbeing, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference every day.
