A leading business in the construction and engineering industry is hiring contractors with previous experience  in either a mechanical, electrical or plumbing/HVAC background. to work in Northumbria on a contingency basis. The Role As the M&E Asset condition inspector, you'll: - Conduct visual inspections of mechanical and electrical systems. - Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. - Provide expert advice on M&E solutions to improve efficiency and performance. - Data collection and upload using the clients software application You To be successful in the role of M&E Surveyor, you'll bring: - Relevant experience in an Engineering or Hard services discipline  - Strong IT skills and competency  - Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
