Forklift/ FLT Driver – Reach | Lutterworth | 4 on, 4 off – 12‑hour Nights
We are currently recruiting experienced Forklift/ FLT Drivers to join a leading logistics company based in Lutterworth. This is an excellent opportunity offering great pay rates, structured shifts, and long‑term opportunities in a modern warehouse environment.
Shifts & Pay: 4 on, 4 off – Nights
Nights: 6pm–6am (1800–0600) – £15.88 per hour
As an Forklift/ FLT Driver, your responsibilities will include:
Put‑away of stock within the warehouse
Dispatching stock ready for collection
Unloading deliveries
Moving and replenishing stock using Reach FLT trucks
What We’re Looking For
A valid Reach Forklift/ FLT licence (in‑house licences accepted)
A PPT licence would be beneficial but is not essential.
Previous experience working as an Forklift/ FLT Driver
Experience working in a target‑driven environment
Ability and willingness to complete a DBS check as part of the hiring process
