We're looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi Trade to carry out responsive repairs in social housing properties across Northampton. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a company van and fuel card provided from day one.
As a Carpenter Multi Trade, you will be:
Carrying out day-to-day responsive repairs
Completing first and second-fix carpentry
Undertaking minor plumbing repairs
Completing patch plastering and patch tiling
Working in occupied social housing propertiesI'd love to speak to anyone who has:
Experience working in social housing or responsive repairs
A recognised Carpentry qualification (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
Carpentry and multi-trade experience
A full UK driving licenceThe Carpenter Multi Trade role offers:
£21 per hour through the agency
Company van and fuel card from day one
Temp-to-perm opportunity
Permanent salary of £31,000
Call-out rota increasing earnings to around £38,000 per year
