Handyperson/Maintenance Operative - Warminster
Location: Warminster and surrounding areas (60-90 minute radius)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week
Contract: Temp to Perm
We're looking for a Skilled Labourer / Maintenance Operative to join a responsive repairs team carrying out general maintenance and repair work within occupied social housing properties.

Basic joinery, plumbing and patch plastering
Painting and decorating (desirable)
Using a PDA to manage jobs
Delivering excellent customer service while working in occupied homes
Following health and safety proceduresWhat we're looking for:
Experience in property maintenance or as a Skilled Labourer/Maintenance Operative
Basic joinery and plumbing skills
Good communication and customer service
Ability to work independently
Full UK driving licenceA DBS check will be required for this role
