Job Description

FLT Counterbalance Driver We are currently recruiting for experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy manufacturing site. This is an excellent opportunity for long-term, ongoing work in a supportive and friendly environment. Key Requirements: Valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance licence (essential) Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious Duties May Include: Operating FLT Counterbalance trucks safely in line with site procedures. Loading and unloading deliveries, including raw materials and finished goods. Transporting materials between warehouse, storage areas, and production lines. Ensuring production lines are consistently stocked to avoid downtime. Stacking and storing pallets in designated locations, including racking systems. Carrying out daily FLT checks and reporting any defects. Assisting with goods-in and goods-out processes, including checking deliveries against paperwork. Using scanners or basic systems to track stock movements (where applicable). Supporting stock control, including pallet counts and location checks. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment. Working to targets and deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Hours of Work (Rotating Double Days): Earlies: Monday to Thursday: 5:40am to 1:50pm and Friday: 5:40am to 11:30am Lates: Monday to Thursday: 1:40pm to 9:50pm and Friday: 11:20am to 5:10pm Pay Rates: £12.71 per hour (first 12 weeks) Increasing to £14.73 per hour after 12 weeks What's on Offer: Ongoing, long-term opportunity Weekly pay Friendly and supportive working environment If you have a valid FLT Counterbalance licence and are looking for stable, long-term work, we'd love to hear from you.
