We're recruiting for a professional and reliable Class 1 Driver to join a modern transport operation based in Silvertown. This role involves trunking between distribution hubs and delivery stations, ensuring parcels and freight are moved safely and efficiently through a cutting-edge delivery network.
The Role:
Class 1 trunking between hubs, depots and distribution centres
No multi-drop deliveries
Minimal manual handling
Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
Completing all relevant transport paperwork
Ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time
Maintaining compliance with driver hours and transport regulations
What We're Looking For:
Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) Licence
Valid CPC Qualification Card
Digital Tachograph Card
Previous Class 1 driving experience
Reliable and professional attitude
Strong understanding of road transport legislation and safety procedures
