🔑 Requirements
CCLD Level 3 qualification is essential
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
A genuine passion for working with young children
Good understanding of the EYFS framework
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, caring and enthusiastic approach
Ability to support children's learning, development and wellbeing
