Project Manager
Rate £35ph-£46ph + holiday pay
My client is an established global manufacturer of engineered to order HVAC & fire suppression solutions.
We invite applications from Project Managers with Building Services or industrial engineering PM experience
The Role
You will primarily be accountable for a major customer as the single point of contact, and occasional ad-hoc projects
Customer facing
Maintaining project schedules are key to this role
Working with key internal and external stakeholders to gain commitment to deliver; procurement, production, test, customer, supply-chain
Project Management and Project Engineering - organise planning/programming of the project
Cost control and interim/final accounts
Prepare procurement plan
Project control including RFIs, Variations, Delays, Preparation of O&M manuals, raising monthly claims/invoices
Attend design meetings with clients and carry out a site visits periodically
Design risk assessment and produce RAMSHours: 38 hours, flexible working between (Apply online only), lunchtime finish Fridays
You
Several years project management experience in an engineering or manufacturing capacity
degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, alternatively Business Administration
AMP/PMP, Prince2 certified
Super organised, ability to work autonomously reporting to a remote line manager Rate
£35ph - £46ph
Holiday payMust be inside IR35. Role will become permanent.
