SITE MANAGER – GROUNDWORKS
Bromsgrove | £300-£330 per day | CIS | Immediate Start | 2 Weeks
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a short-term freelance assignment covering two live sites in Bromsgrove.
The projects involve groundworks packages on new Aldi developments, so we need someone confident managing busy civils/groundworks operations and subcontractors on site.
The Role
Managing day-to-day site operations across two local sites
Overseeing groundworks, drainage, external works and associated civils
Coordinating site teams and subcontractors
Maintaining high Health & Safety standards
RAMS, inductions, toolbox talks and site paperwork
Ensuring works are delivered safely and to programme
Liaising with the project team and client
Requirements
SMSTS – Essential
CSCS – Essential
First Aid – Essential
Strong groundworks/civils experience
Previous Site Management experience
Ideally experience delivering retail/supermarket groundworks packages
Available immediately / at short notice
Location: Bromsgrove – 2 sites
Duration: Approx. 2 weeks
Rate: £300 per day CIS
