IT Support Engineer (Level 1/2) Location: Auchterarder (Fully onsite) Contract: 2 months Day Rate: £200 (Outside IR35) Overview Level 1/2 IT Support Engineer required for a short-term onsite contract Primary focus on a Windows 11 upgrade and laptop refresh programme Fully onsite role based in Auchterarder Key responsibilities Provide L1/2 desk-side and service desk support to end users Support a Windows 11 upgrade programme across laptops Replace laptop hardware including memory (RAM) and hard disks Build, configure and deploy laptops and peripherals Log, diagnose and resolve incidents following ITIL processes Maintain accurate ticket updates and documentation Support basic networking, connectivity and VPN issues Required experience 1–3 years’ experience in a Level 1/2 IT support role Strong Windows OS and Microsoft 365 support experience Comfortable with hands-on laptop hardware upgrades Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice or similar) Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi) Apply today for immediate consideration
