A conscientious individual is sought to assist in a busy Compliance department of a prestigious international Bank.
Your duties will include:
* Maintaining internal compliance records and regulatory compliance documents
* Advising regulatory updates to Head Office
* Providing administrative support on contracts and KYC
* Processing invoice payments
* Arranging training sessions and maintaining training records
* Arranging meetings and managing departmental diary
Your experience must include:
* 3-5 years proven relevant administration experience gained within banking/investment management
* Strong IT skills – Excel, PowerPoint
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral
* Ability to multitask
This role will initially be working 5 days a week in the London office and will then transition to hybrid – working 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remotely
