We're recruiting a Kitchen Porter to join a highly regarded hospitality venue in Argyll, recognised as one of the top resorts in the UK & Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside talented chefs, gain valuable experience, and be part of a supportive team in a truly unique location.
Please note, this is a seasonal contract running from March to November.

Key Responsibilities:
As Kitchen Porter, you'll support the smooth running of the kitchen by:
Cleaning all kitchen equipment, utensils, floors and work surfaces to the required standard
Washing crockery, cutlery and maintaining a tidy pot wash area
Removing refuse promptly and ensuring all waste is recorded correctly
Sweeping and cleaning kitchen corridors and back of house areas
Assisting the Chef team with basic food preparation when required
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety at all times
Supporting wider Porter duties to keep service running smoothly
What we're looking for:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Previous experience in a similar role
A flexible approach to shifts and working hours
A genuine interest in food and the hospitality industry
Strong attention to detail and high personal hygiene standards
A calm approach under pressure
A team-focused, reliable and accountable attitude
