Employee Relations Specialist - Must Be French Speaking
Location: London Bridge (Highly flexible hybrid working - ad‑hoc office visits)
Pay: £19.50-£23 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
Contract: Temporary, minimum 6 months (potential to become permanent)
Language requirement: Fluent French and English

Key Responsibilities
Partner with HR Business Partners and Legal to assess, triage, and resolve a variety of ER matters.
Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on disciplinaries, grievances, performance, restructures, and policy interpretation.
Lead or support robust and impartial ER investigations.
Analyse ER data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Contribute to ER policy development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support French‑speaking employees and stakeholders, ensuring clarity, fairness, and consistent communication.What We're Looking For
Strong background in Employee Relations with solid EMEA employment law understanding.
Proven experience managing complex and sensitive ER cases end‑to‑end.
Fluent French speaker with excellent communication skills.
Confident stakeholder partner able to influence at all levels.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret ER trends.
