About the Role
We are seeking a confident and customer-focused individual to join our team in a front-of-house position. This role requires availability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) as well as during school holiday periods.
Key Requirements
Excellent customer service and sales skills, with a friendly, outgoing, and approachable manner when engaging with visitors.
Confidence in a front-of-house environment, creating a welcoming and positive experience for customers.
Comfortable and proactive in requesting donations and collecting survey information from visitors.
A strong work ethic and willingness to support visitor engagement activities.
Previous experience within art, culture, or history is not essential; however, a genuine interest in these areas would be advantageous.
