As a multi-trade you will cover most aspects of property maintenance, this will involve carrying out repairs and maintenance to Social Housing properties, ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of supervision. The multi-trade takes ownership of work, aiming for 'First time Fix' on all jobs, operating within the company Health and Safety guidelines, and remaining within budget and time parameters. Duties & responsibilities: Multiple repairs in a short space of time so you must be organised and efficient to support properties being re-let as swiftly as possible. Carry out all aspects of plumbing, whilst being able to carry out other trades also. Carry out general repairs and maintenance tasks ensuring all work meets high-quality standards in line with the void specification.
