A Government Department are seeking a Change Manager to lead the design and delivery of change management and communication activities for their Finance System Project, ensuring a successful transition from eFinancials to the new Financials system and supporting adoption of the system across the organisation. The Change Manager will work closely with the Project Manager, Business Analysts and other stakeholders to support business readiness, manage transition risks, communicate progress and expectations effectively and embed sustainable change practices.
